Light can be harness into a very effective healing mechanism. The lack of full spectrum sunlight in people's lives can have dramatic effects on their health. Full spectrum lighting has been used for many years to help people suffering from SAD. Laser light is a new technology that is proving incredibly successful at helping skin and tissue repair.
