Summary
The Quantum SCIO (Scientific Consciousness Interface Operations System) is a
combined Bio-Resonance/ radionics/ bio feedback/ evoked response assessment and treatment device. It
uses a novel and unique method of health evaluation and treatment using
subspace and super-consciousness awareness. The Quantum QXCI/ SCIO offers comprehensive screening and treatment facilities in a semi-automatic
computer-controlled package. The client is connected to the quantum system
through wrist, ankle and head electrodes. The screening and treatment are controlled through a series of computer
screens. The quantum offers a rapid, comprehensive and guided approach to health
care which can be used by therapists with minimal training.

(most treatments performed in a mater of seconds). |
How it works
The Quantum QXCI/ SCIO system supports a database containing static tri-vector field information
(voltage, current and resistance vectors) on over 8000
substances and patterns. The client is attached to the unit through electrical
conducting head wrist and ankle bands. During the fully automated bio-resonance assessment process
the database information is compared with that of the clients changing
tri-vector fields through evoked potential electro physical reactions. Areas
of concern are indicated where statistically significant mismatches are found
between the client's and the database energy patterns.
The treatment process involves
harmonising these mismatched energy patterns.
Hardware
| The QXCI/ SCIO system consists of a test unit and a separate
controlling computer. The test unit is constructed from a white plastic
and is of a compact design. The front panel contains various operational lights and two cable
connectors for the electrode bands.
A metal plate on the top of the unit acts as a test plate and imprinting device. The rear of the unit has connectors for the computer (parallel port), power-supply, external test trays and probes. The wrist and ankle straps are constructed from a carbon conducting rubber compound and each has a coloured fastening buckle to ensure they are attached to the correct limb. This arrangement does work but seems a little basic. In all the construction is of good quality, although the use of cheap computer connectors for the electrodes on the front of the unit does aesthetically detract from its otherwise professional image. |

Software
The controlling software runs on a separate windows computer and requires
an activation code to start when first installed. The Quantum SCIO
software works through numerous different screen displays (we have seen at
least 60 ). There is an initial screen were client details are entered a risk
assessment screen and then a vast range of options. The software runs in a
semiautomatic manner. Initial screening is fully automated and then the
operator can choose specific things they wished test for and specific
therapies they wished to use. There are two distinctly separate pieces of
software
a) Consciousness Program QXCI - Screening and therapy screens.
b) Body Viewer SCIO - Allows 3D viewing of body systems including spine, meridian,
organs,
chakra etc and gives the client and interactive ability to view and
treat blockages, tumours etc. (This is new software developed for the
SCIO).
Throughout the software numerous graphics and animations are used to indicate
processes going on and interactions with the client. Overall the software
comprehensively covers almost anything you may wish to test for or therapy you
may wish to use. We would consider, compared to standard windows programs,
that the use of
so many
different styles, colours and menus does come over as confusing at first.

In use
To run the screening first the client is connected to the Quantum device by head, wrist and ankle electrodes. Then a number of steps are
perform.
Reports
As the screening and treatment process progress SCIO results from each stage can
be stored into a report. At the end of the session a complete summary report can
be printed out. Also various grafts can be produced to summarise information.
One of the many reports the SCIO can produce
Client Visits
Sessions last between 45 minutes and two hours depending on the clients
requirements. At the end of the session the quantum will advise when the
next visit is due.
How differs from other equipment
The quantum scio/ qxci is quite unique in the way it works, there is no comparable
device that we know of.
Training
A one-day activation course is provided on purches with two days of further
training provided usually one month later after becoming familiar with the
basics. These days can be repeated as often
as required.
Would suit
Practitioners wanting to rapidly evaluate clients health issues and work with a
multitude of therapies without having to know much about them or have to touch
the client. Must be prepared to work with a computer throughout the screening
and treatment process.
History
The quantum scio/ qxci technology behind the system was developed by William Nelson and first
used in the 1989 in the Eclosion device. The QXCI followed this in 1997 and the
SCIO was launched in 2003.
Cost -
SCIO System including software & electrodes - $18,000
